Is Success And Failure All In The Hands of God?

GodsSovereignityFrom time to time I want to share with you thoughts that I have that relate to christian values.  Here is today’s thought.

“Is My Success And Failure all In The Hands of God?”

GBG stands for “Guided By God” and those very words indicate God’s sovereignty in all things.

We all want to be successful in our business and I believe that we must determine to be successful and work at it to be successful. But I asked myself this question today:
How much of my success or failure is determined by God’s sovereignty?

You may not believe that God’s sovereignty is involved in your success at all.

You may think it’s all you.

I assure you it is not.

Most Christians thank God when things go well.

Don’t you?

Of course you do!

Why thank HIM if all your success was because of you?

And if God can bring good into your life, can not he also bring the pain, the trial, the temptation, and the horror?

Remember this promise? ALL THINGS… “work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28

I think it’s safe to say that God is involved in “all things” and we have this promise to ALL believers, that ALL THINGS, WILL ALWAYS work out for the good.

Isn’t that good news!

James said this about trials,
James 1:2
My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
Remember, Paul says to be thankful for ALL things. (The good and the bad)
Ephesians 5:20
Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

We need to understand that…
“A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven.” – John The Baptist
And speaking of Jesus, John also said, “He must increase, but I must decrease.” John 3:27, 30 KJV

It’s time we believe that God is sovereign!

Has God given you a dream? Follow it.

Has God brought you to pain, a heartache, or a trial? He can get you through it.

Every person that is a part of your life is there for a reason… Brought there by God’s sovereignty. It may not be clear why, but one thing is certain, His desire for us is that we love each other.
“And this is His commandment: that we should believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ and love one another” I John 3:23

MAPLUSBy the way, If you believe in GBG products, like MA+IGP, and you know how it has helped so many people especially people in chronic pain, the you can share those products purely out of your love for them. Make it your desire to help them and when your motivation is correct, you will see God’s plan for your success unfold tremendously!

Let today be a day that you live in more humility…

Everything you are, everything you have, everything you will become, everything you desire, comes from Him.

Remember to trust Him.
Remember to thank Him.
Remember to humble yourself.

But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. James 4:6 KJV
Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up. James 4:10 KJV

There is nothing more humbling than to realize that God is in control. That nothing is in your control at all. How unbelievable that is to those who hold so tightly to the belief that they completely control their own destiny.

You have a destination of success, and in order to get there you must make the right decisions and take the right actions. I can not explain how our decisions work with God’s sovereignty, or vise versa, but I know that they do.

But I do know that we must order our steps in His word…

The paths that we are on have been carved out by the divine ruler of our destiny.

The best advice is to do as the proverb says:

Proverbs 3:5-7 KJV
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord , and depart from evil.

Go out today, follow God’s hew path for your life, purpose to do all for His glory and see God’s hand working for your success…

Lift Him up.

Trust Him now more than you ever have.

Thank Him for ALL THINGS.

And remember, even though He may bring things into your life that hurt you now, things that we do not understand, He is always right. He is always good.

All of your success, and all of your failure is in God’s hands. He has chosen to work with us in all things.

Yet He has determined all.
